Evaluation of Textile Waste Addition in Stone Mastic Asphalt

چکیده
Ta? mastik asfalt?n agregalar aras? bo?luk oran?n?n fazla olmas? nedeniyle yüksek oranda ba?lay?c? gerektirmesi, bitümün agregalardan süzülmesine neden olmaktad?r. Süzülmeleri engellemek için kullan?lan geleneksel elyaflar?n (mineral, selüloz) pahal? olmas?ndan dolay? kaplama maliyetleri artmaktad?r. Bu çal??mada selüloz yerine tekstil fabrikalar?nda at?k olarak nitelendirilen at???n?n kullan?m? ara?t?r?lm??t?r. Çal??ma kapsam?nda farkl? oranlarda at??? ve elyaf ilavesiyle haz?rlanm?? numuneler üzerinde Marshall deneyi, Schellenberg bitüm süzülme deneyi Kum Yama yap?lm??t?r. Test sonuçlar? bir arada de?erlendirildi?inde, elyafa k?yasla stabilitesine katk? sa?lam?? daha az süzülerek performans gösterdi?i tespit edilmi?tir. Kullan?lan agrega gradasyonun yüzey dokusunun derinlik ko?ulunu sa?lad??? ile belirlenmi?tir. Çal??man?n sonuçlar?, hem at?klar?n bertaraf edilmesi de maliyetinin azalt?lmas? aç?s?ndan at?klar?n?n kullan?labilece?ini göstermektedir.
